Elmer, FYI, but the Power4 system submitted to TPC-C uses a 1.3GHz chip manufactured on a .18u SOI process. The .13u version goes up to 1.45GHz, but IBM doesn't use it in their p690 systems, yet. Originally, The .13u version was supposed to go up to 1.8GHz. I wonder what happened to it.
