And, go read the Securities and Exchange Act of 1933 and 1934. There are prohibitions on insiders giving stock to family and relatives for the purpose of evading the 2% rule. In other words, it's illegal, and someone can go to jail for a long time.

Lastly. David Saltrelli has not spent any of his own or company money on anything. That should be obvious by now. Everything has been financed through the use of company shares.
