Problem here is RGIN doesn't own this technology. They only pay Lonza to license the product. Only the tradmark name of Permaderm is owned by RGIN, which means nothing. Unfortunately according to there filings they have stated that they aren't very good in accounting and this is now the second time there has been a question about payments to lonza. Whether they are just bad with paying there bills on time or Lonza is trying to pull a fast one on them now that they recieved orphan drug status.... is the question.

This surely does leave RGIN in bad position at the moment whether they are right or wrong because RGIN has to chase Lonza, not the other way around to prove they are right. With this being a product that could change the whole industry, I'm sure there are big time players looking to get in on it any way they can and this could be one way to basically remove RGIN from the picture....or it could be just a ploy to knock the shareprice down for lots of other reasons.

Lot of dirty pool going on around this one, no doubt.
