I just read the 8-K and it is very screwed up.

Making the value of shares .00001 is unheard of!!! Gas prices don't even play that way but unfortunately David Saltrelli does...for now, hehehehe. Homey(me) don't play dat way!!!! hehehe

He's going to give them to his friends so he doesn't get stuck with too many when the dump occurs. He can't sell them so he gives them away.
