Ebig needs to let shareholders know what is going on. When Wonder was approved for trading and given a symbol, I for one thought that it would trade. Did not know that it still needed some sort of DTC approval. This should have been explained by EBIG long before it happened as now the PPS sucks and probably losing confidence with investors who are moving on.
