George is still moving forward with the company and efforts for getting us unlocked... i talked to him today, heres a tid bit of our conversation:

"meeting with corp counsel today..I will have to come out with a 506 PPM now that the new solicitation rules are kicking in this month from the SEC - no prior relationship required to contact accredited investors"

whats with all the hostility lately, you gotta be nuts to even think about selling(if you can).. all we can do is just wait around for something positive to happen, it cant get any worse... its so silly hearing these same posts everyday, its been over a year!! get over it and wait for something to happen... what a waste of time to bash and argue about a company that is at the point they are at right now... especially cause 99.9% of yous have no clue whats really goin on within sfio
