Of course NNVC has no debt. Like nearly all other teeny tiny high risk start ups NNVC has no debt for the simple reason that no one in his right mind would lend to it. Even the most speculative of lenders wants to see cash flow (useful for making interest payments) and NNVC doesn't have any. So that's hardly a point in NNVC's favor.

As for the safety of nanoviricides, that hasn't been determined yet. That's the point of the toxicity testing (which hasn't been completed) and the phase I trials (which haven't been started). Until phase I trials are completed you can only speculate about the safety of this treatment, you can't really know. After all, there are other drugs that seemed perfectly safe in rats and proved unsafe in humans.
