If Dan is Diluting, he would be in a world of s _ _ t with the SEC for saying one thing, and then doing another.

I can't see why someone would make all the good progress in the past months, just to throw it all away on a very Bad move!!

He hasn't yet shown me yet, to make me think you are right, so we will just have to see what takes place in the next week or two.

I can tell you one thing though, IF he is DILUTING, Dan will loose a lot of credibility in the eyes of everyone here, and take the entire company down with that decision. IMO
