This is a prime example of an OTC stock-selling company. Multiple products, tons of shares sold, reverse split, sell more shares, reverse split, sell more shares. Either the product never makes it to market or the company can't make a profit. PIPE investors buy heavily discounted shares and make money, the company gets money to pay its employees and the OTC buyers get screwed.
