as of now

they seem to have

NPI and thats it

the real estate turned out to be BS

BRHM is.....counting on a law suit

the big problem as I see it

they MUST do deals to grow.....they cant do it with $$$ or debt

they MUST do it with stock.....at this price, can they?

therefore a reverse seems IMO inevitable
