John is NOW our Director of Investor Relations. So he is stepping aside to left Joseph be top dog. Maybe, and just a guess, Joe kicked in more money to buy the equipment and wanted to be CEO if he is investing THAT much money??? just a thought.

And John, if you are reading this, How about a web page with something in the "investors" tab besides under construction? Would be nice to see..
