Why Atwec is a Long term investment for me? 15 mths

The Kiddie Systems™ product line includes Kiddie Voice™, Kiddie Alert™, and Kiddie Watch™,scheduled to be launched in 2012.

In Georgia, the Company is currently working with State Senator Ronald Ramsey, who in August 2011 introduced legislation for next year’s legislative session which would require the installation of child safety alarms in all vehicles used to transport children to and from day care centers throughout Georgia.
In a news conference on August 25, 2011, Ramsey praised ATWEC Technologies and their breakthrough safety technology. The Company’s Kiddie Voice™ system is unique and patented, and provides a total solution for child safety, and will likewise meet and comply with the proposed Georgia law.

The proposed bill is given below:
A BILL TO BE ENTITLED CHILD TRANSPORTATION SAFETY ACT
To amend Chapter 1A of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to early care and
learning, so as to define certain terms; to require the installation of child safety alarms in certain vehicles; to
provide for penalties for violations; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to
repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

In Louisiana, the Company has been working diligently since 2007 to educate lawmakers on the potential dangers for small children being left in day care vans and buses. Effective July 1, 2011, House Bill 572, now ACT 200, was unanimously passed, which allows the Department of Children and Family Services to require child safety alarms on all vehicles transporting daycare children. This legislation was co-authored by State Representative Regina Barrow and State Senator Sharon Weston Broome2.

The Company believes that this requirement will push day care centers to equip their vehicles and become aware of child safety generally, and this has been reflected in an increase in calls, leads, and sales from organizations all across the 64 parishes of Louisiana since early 2011.

* Florida voted in April 2011 and the vote was 39 -0 in Favor but did not go to the House for a vote.

3. Kiddie Watch™:
The Company’s Kiddie Watch™ system is an ignition-based, voice-enhanced alerting system, designed for carseats and backseats, for any vehicle, specifically targeting the consumer market. The Company has spent substantial time and resources in developing this new product, which will be sold at retail to the mass consumer market of parents with small children. The product is compact and easy to install, yet high-tech and extremely effective. Parents will not be able to leave the vehicle without being prompted to de-activate the system where the baby or small child is located, thus ensuring that no child can be abandoned in a vehicle, which could cause injury or even death due to hypothermia or heat stroke. The Company plans on launching this consumer product by 3Q 2012.

The Company has already seen a sharp increase in inquiries and orders from centers in Louisiana, New York, and Palm Beach County, FL, and anticipates that demand will accelerate in 2012 and beyond.
As such, the Company projects
$372,155 gross sales for 2011,
$3,232,150 gross sales for 2012,
$9,112,787 gross sales for 2013, with the advent of the Kiddie Watch™ consumer product, designed for car seats which can be used in any vehicle
