The bottom line here is Etrade sold me the shares.

When the shares are exchanged and I don't have the new tickers in my account, I then sue Etrade to fulfill their responsibility in having my shares exchanged or bought to replace the old ones.

My lawyer is just waiting to see what transpires, but at this point, according to him, the law is very clear and our case very direct.

pay me now, or pay me later, I can wait another 30 or 40 years if necessary.
