totally correct. But the market is a little insane. It is self fulfilling prophecy when it comes to splits.
Ask anyone about a reverse split in their stock and they all say ewwwwww. Tell them forward split they all say weeeee. But a FS causes a PPS to run then drop after and a RS causes a dump and run after providing there is no dilution involved.

A stock that splits will almost always end up heading for the same PPS it was at before the split in the long term. That is why people like a forward split.

So KBLB split 10:1 at .30 and became a .03 stock. The market would expect it to head back to .30 and it did. I am guessing it heads there again very soon
