If ASYI and GCS were/are going to merge, what reason and or benefit does Beatty get by by continuing to decieve and drag process OUT as long as he can ? I mean if theyve decided to merge why dont they just do it and get it over with? I dont seem to get what delaying does other than not delaying. Is burning the Shorts the only reason ?
