Watching SHMX. As of July 10, 2012, there were 430,472,110 issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock. They are changing the name of the Company to RKO Resources, Inc. with a new management team. No mention of a R/S with name change. SHMX is an OTCBB stock. Good luck.
