Well, I'd say a lot of it depends on what you consider a real tradeable stock - I limited my search to those within the last 3 years and with volume on the two days in question (day A and day A minus 6 months) to at least 100K shares traded.

I'm seeing results such as DROP starting on 1/14/2011 with a 19,000% increase (no splits or R/Ss from what I can see - looks hyperbolic). It would take some time to go through all of the results and clean things up though.
