marayatano, We're all here bouncing different ideas around. None of us know what is going to happen, including you. We can't buy or sell right now based on anything anybody says. I have enough invested here to change many people's lives if it does work out for the best for the C/Ts and/or the prefs.

With that being said, what's the problem with us being optimistic until we see what the outcome is going to be? Nobody is going completely pie-in-the-sky. In fact most ideas are based on the POR and Title 11 rules from what I am seeing.

If you're here because you've also invested in these stocks, then basically what you are saying is you made the same "mistake" we all have. If you've decided not to invest, then why stick around and harass those of us who are trying to look for positive outcomes for the decisions we've made?

Usually bashers hang around hoping to pick up shares when people get scared and sell, but I can't see that being the reason. If we decided to believe what you are saying to be true, what would you expect us to do, put all of our shares for sale on the grey market?
