In 2009 the company did a 10:1 split. Kim stated in the 2010 CC that this was to bring the PPS into penny range. It brought the PPS feom .30 down to .03. And increased the shares from 45M to 450M (Think those numbers are right). This is why when people cry dilution or we will get an reverse split they do not have much to stand on. The company has not diluted much since it started and the only split ever done was forward and it was intentional.
