Welcome Bob, our comments here reflect our experience and we see all the statements with an element of suspicion. I wish I can see them differently. Since you are veteran of this mess, I wish to know any contrary to what board members are feeling here. We have grown so old here during these years that we can't Support Bill, the way Americano and others used to do,some time to the level of hype even with religious references. That unfounded support and advocacy got many into this, like myself too. Unable to jump off this ship,have decided to go down with this along with our Honorary Captain of Bolivian Navy, Mr. Bill. Wish could find any choice.
