I think everyone forgot the potential this stock has/had!
If anyone goes back and looks at the L2 and trends, buys on the ask with LITTLE VOLUME, forces this stock up.
Either no one is spending the money for L2 and doesn't know what's going on or is tapped out or has no idea what to do and is green at this.
