That doesn't mean squat, My 18 year old daughter just bought a 219,000 dollar condo and she works at a BBQ joint and pays her own college tuition, car payment and insurance. She rents out two of the bedrooms to her friends, it pretty much covers the mortgage. no doubt this guy is intelligent, never said he wasn't. but there are young'uns everywhere buying realestate at that price. In the Michigan Economy, no doubt, it is probably a pretty nice place at that price.
