You can only make this claim as you conclude from all the facts ,both past and present, this is the path PHAR is on.

In the complete and total absence of leadership to show anything concrete to turn the ship around, just a lot of runny dog poop in PRs,, you ,i and others have no choice but to feel the same.
You are dead right IMO

If you have,had dealt with former shell owners,McLaughlin and gang,,PHAR has become a shining example, a mirror image of how this crook scams his shells over and over. Instead of HOWARD as he promised to have no dealings with the shell crooks, he has BECOME A CROOK in my opinion.
SEC needs to know the connection before this new crook can sell this as a shell.
