Like I said the response was very tight lipped. Since this response I corrected him on the forward split and the conversation is continuing but there will be no information gained through email.
All I asked is that he forward my concerns to Kim. I think everyone here should do the same and push Kim for an update on everything except the commercialization. We know he has NDAs so we know we can not get commercialization info.
We need to tell Kim that we want more then just a commercial update.There are plenty of questions voiced here every day. I suggest we start sending those questions to the only person who can answer them

I appreciate you taking the time to put together this very objective e-mail. I think you’ve hit the nail on the head on several items, but I think you’re off on the forward split, which I understand was necessary for the Company to be eligible and compliant, regulationwise, for the financing.
