Even though the pps has dropped, money flow into the stock is very positive. In a word, "yes", I believe that that is what is going on. Look at the 3.8 million buy yesterday. Some institutional buyer put in a big AON order through an MM. The MM wanted to fill that order, so - using very sophisticated and strategically placed sells - the MM dropped the pps and scared retail, and then accumulated enough shares to fill that order.
