web tech and cell phone business is strong in a recession
and they got a 10 million dollar contract in Jan 2012
for their fiber optic web network to run with the new
high speed rail system. This co is in a good business
and a country that cant get enough of the web. Never
underestimate how hard the chinese work and how
well they can come back. The accounting problem
was far enough back that the second half of
2012 should be strong. Plus, china already
said they would pump stimulus $ into businesses
this fall. I am holding. And some big block buyers
moving in under $1.50 go ahead and sell if you want to,
but dont be a fool and listen to those who what
your shares cheap. It held at 1.70 a long time
and only started falling because of some
bs downgrade by some private reporting service.
And, a few weeks before that, there was an
UPGRADE. Technicals say find the bottom and load up.
