My DD shows, the CFO, Teresa Mcwilliams has a history of pinky failures/scams.
Is there anyone who does not believe that if this 'aquisition' had been completed there would not have been a pr? Therefore, i wouldn't expect any CWS revenue, if there was in fact any, to be included in 2Q numbers. So be careful of suggestion.

While the Company announced its
acquisition of CoreWafer Systems in January 2012, the finalization of the transaction will not occur until
second quarter, 2012.
