There are problems with greasing the gears through an Angel (or for that matter any debt financing) for a couple mil.

- Until contracts abound, there is little to no tangible asset to collatoralize the loan.
- If an equity investment by Angel, Tivus would only garner the same toxic terms as the past 2+ years.
- If legitimate VC funding or private investment, it would take far more than a couple mil. plus my bet would have any investor wanting to totally reorganize the share structure. They would demand that the current obligations be cleared or absorbed by the current shareholders before sinking significant funding into this venture.
