My thought is that someone was keeping it in their back pocket for when all hope was lost for flipping. This is the perfect time to make light of the unsearchable document. If Etelisus or whatever it's called was a respected site, search engines like Google would have shown us that duckument near the top of BFHJ search results like everything else.
