I see your point but that would involve dilution wouldn't it and the PR specifically denies that.

If someone wishes to claim that Frank is lying then the discussion is over. At that time it would be like trying to debate religion or politics, it would simply be a matter of faith with little or no facts or logic that would convince the other party.
