Agreed , the bottom line.... the store that doesnt exist - most certainly exists - and its third party / verifiable certificate of occupancy was issued by the city on 7-27-12.

A little about permits and delays - a theory - what that permit MIGHT NOT show is if he was initially inspected but failed something ......he had to remedy it - then they had to come back and reinspect and issue the cert then at that time....I dont know but A POSSIBILITY.......... I have read Palm Coast is a bear for businesses to deal with.....
