Might just be E-trade policy unless a date is requested by the company. So, you may be right that it's any day now.
If so, EPGL may be using the time to work out the details of which they stated in the PR's.
Seems reasonable that they would want all the shares converted, then release details to support any profit taking/initial investment recovery, so as not to let the PPS erode.
