Is true success out of the question for this company? Is it just smoke and mirrors?

I am new to this company and this board, so any help would be appreciated.

But i am here because i am a true believer in stem cell research. IS this company not actually attempting to make strides and break throughs? are they just using the stem cell hype to sell shares of a company that has no future? please, let me know.
