Point Blank Solutions Settlement Approved
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved Point Blank Solutions' motion for approval of a settlement agreement among the Debtors, the official committee of unsecured creditors, the official committee of equity security holders and certain D.I.P. lender parties. The agreement globally resolves that portion of the equity committee's motion for an order vacating interim and final debtor-in-possession financing orders with respect to Lonestar and the other lender parties.
