Is Mesa energy waiting for the last minute to post 2nd qrt report.If so I think they are playing for time to build up revenue off previous and last well completed.the stock will not go up from here until they have a positive report, or oil prices jump, or a war.some depleted oil fields are not easy to bring back. The next 6 months will tell.good luck to all.
