Someone on the last CC asked about the pps, Duane stated that they were going to address it when the business end generating cash flow...it was not the main focus but he did say that the stock was going to be for those in it to win it and not to benefit the quick flippers.

if they were out to just sell shares, they wouldnt be messing with all the actual sales it takes to grow a business.
