"Thanks you for your interest, XXXXXXXX. While the work plans and budgets for the cost saving studies have been developed; the actual test programs are not yet started. The start date for this work is contingent upon the results of strategic third party discussions currently underway, as their priorities will impact the testing schedule. We are focusing on continuing the previously approved EMD/CMD test programs. I regret that it is not possible to provide you with more detail at this time

Hi Mike
A couple months ago, May 22 to be sure, you answered an enquiry of mine with regards to the incorporation of the potential cost saving results into a new tech report and if the results of the cost saving studies might be released as each test was completed.
Your final comment at the time was that the cost saving study(program) was to begin shortly.
Are you in a position to indicate whether those cost saving studies have/had indeed commenced, and if so, the approximate date that work on this effort begun?
I'm not looking for specifics of tests that will be, or have been performed (that will come in the proper dissemination format), rather , would like to get confirmation if possible that the cost saving studies indicated in the PFS are underway.
