I found that when I first tried searching the Hyams Family Trust a couple of days ago. I think it is a different Hyams. Actually it doesn't really matter, since the Nevada deal is in real estate, not oil wells.

I'm beginning to suspect that the whole DKGR agreement with HFT is all made up, just like so many past DKGR scams.
