CCAA - NEWS

(ANSA) – Rome, July 27 – An Italian soccer club has become
one of the first soccer clubs in the world to be listed on the
iconic New York Stock Exchange.
Lecco, who play in Serie D, the fifth tier of Italian soccer, will become part of the world of international equity trading, the new owner of the club, Italian-American Joseph Cala, announced Friday.

Lecco is 79% controlled by the holding company Cala Corp., which is listed on the New York exchange as CCAA. The company officially notified the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington of its acquisition of the large stake in the soccer club, which now boots Lecco onto Wall Street.
