Objectively speaking, EFIR is appropriately valued at ~$0. The company has no cash to speak of, management that has proven unable to execute, total lack of a coherent business plan, negative revenue growth, a NEGATIVE gross margin (i.e. there is no business here), a 10+ year track record of losses, a string of unfinished deals as far as the eye can see, and an inability to attract to any form of financing on favorable terms.

That's not negativity, that's objectivity. To hope and suggest that the stock will go up because it has no where else to go is 'liven on a prayer', which is not a sound investment strategy...
