I would tend to agree not much faith in LOI's anymore in the pinkie world, We will see how fast they can pull this off to complete ths aquistion that and getting current is the key for lift off on this thing, then projects will mean something. Right now they are being lost in the shuffle because until the LOI is signed but the aquistion is not complete.
