Insiders sell for a variety of reasons. Some are long planned sales. The stock price has gone up a lot so it's normal to see some selling. The fact is institutional support is very strong, revenues will increase dramatically with another FDA approved drug, analysts have upgraded and increased their price targets and there is always a chance of a buyout. The fact that there is some insider selling means nothing.
