Why do you feel it is good for LSG ?
I doubt mgmt would have concented had they not felt it favorable to LSG, but it appears to move revenue into the future, which hopefully is when LSG does not need revenue (compared to now).
Personally I wish they had kept a larger stake in the potential upside of the Mexican properties, as opposed to giving 100% option in a single stage.
