1manband, It was my impression that ECN Trading System applied to OTC stocks. Is that not true? If you are registered with an MM that trades the ECN you can actually trade anytime. They match buys and sells on an entirely seperate system and do their own clearing.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
