Does Brian own a controlling majority of shares so that he could block any attempt to buy the company out?
I imagine there's a number of long-suffering FASC retail "investors" who would welcome a buyout at a reasonable premium to the current pps.
Brian should put it to a vote, if it ever happens.
In reality, I suspect that any prospective buyers have examined the technology already and decided it doesn't meet their requirements.
The question is, why not?
