Deep, Ive said from beginning that I was (still) lost in some ways,,,but I think in got it....it's time!!(good or bad)???

From the basic of what I did understand both deals were equally fishy....and this one smelled weird too (at one point I thought these were contingencies of a different deal--was combining agreement) though the stingiest it had the most potential to say increase pps.....

So now I'm left with this thought:

1. They got a way better deal.....and we are on our way!
2. TVA terminated deal and we are toast!
