Patent portfolio update: Been a while since I last posted here.
Just wanted to let people know, that for what it's worth,
KNSC secured another patent for it's solar project portfolio today. That's 4 out of 5. The remaining application is awaiting review.
KNSC has yet to file an 8K to any of these developments and has not mentioned them in a 10Q or 10K. They have yet to make these developments known to the public on their own. I found them thru fishing thru the USPTO database system.

Why are these patents important? Because KNSC is looking for a strategic alliance. Excerpt from their last 10Q from may.
" Kenergy Scientific’s business development efforts will seek to engage and secure strategic alliances with alternative energy related businesses and professional organizations in order to develop marketing programs that will expand market share for our products and develop brand recognition by entering into strategic alliances with companies that offer these products and/or services, the Company will accelerate its entry into various markets, while eliminating or reducing various training, learning curve, employee and overhead costs.
So why all the secrecy? The reasons are speculatory, but I would think that they are waiting for the solar energy portfolio to be complete before announcing it.
