Average trader can't short this stock without a special broker,or special tradeling platform.

I have a normmal scotrade account , can't even short ANY STOCK UNDER 5.00 SHARE , WITH SCOTRADE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a pump tactiic last 30 min today and it wasn't the small players pumping , it was them buyiong the PUMPS !!!!!!!
