Possibly. But the 68K @ .0198 is $1350. & the block of
229k @ .021 is about $4810.
Many here on the board are Longs, and we've seen buying go
through big blocks. Probably was us when we got in.
But you have to figure, only 25% - 28% of the public float is
actually available (the rest are in the hands of the Longs).
However, we are basically "tapped-out."
We are waiting for upcoming news and announcements to bring in fresh interest -- and when they start buying [and only about 11m shares realistically available] ... well that's what we've been waiting for.
