Is this the reason Clayton blacked out the name "Hyams Family Trust" on that oil lease agreement!
Not that it matters now. I'm sure the agreement is already broken, since he couldn't come up with the $250,000 required by the agreement within 90 days to start work on those fabulous wells, section 1.5.

Now he's broken the agreement again by posting the agreement.

Please read page 8 of the agreement, item 6.2

No press releases, other public announcements or notices to customers concerning the transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be made by the buyer or the seller without the prior written consent of the other party.
